2. Mediation is a premier way of resolving disputes that successful attorneys suggest for their clients before going to court.
I also spoke about why disputes should be mediated, experiences of mediation and the best practices of mediation from the U.S. and internationally.
An intriguing panel discussion followed and the room was filled with attorneys excited about mediation.
