Mediation With Mediation Leaders

This spring, I have organized a webinar series "Mediation with Mediation Leaders".

The most recent episodes have featured one of JAMS' (the largest mediation provider globally) founders and a leading mediator in the U.S., Bruce Edwards, and JAMS' board member, a leading mediator in the U.S. and a successful mediator internationally, Rebecca Westerfield.

I have been pleased to notice the interest and engagement of general counsel and in-house counsel in finding mediation as a way of solving their disputes. Especially in these times, when time and money are short and the amount of disputes is ever-growing.
